Important Payment Information
For those who wish to use insurance coverage, please keep in mind that while diagnostic testing and treatment services are often covered in part or full by insurance (if they deem it medically necessary), some services such as testing for learning disabilities, giftedness, ACT/SAT accommodations, or group therapy are often not covered and may require out-of-pocket costs. Testing or treatment for issues such as ADHD, autism spectrum disorders, anxiety, depression, or behavioral disorders are usually covered partially or in full by insurance. However, every insurance plan is different and you are strongly advised to contact your insurance provider in order to better understand your mental health benefits and coverage.
If coverage is denied because of a lack of authorization, you will be responsible for the full fee. In addition, it is advisable that you ask your insurance provider if you have a deductible that needs to be met before benefits are provided, and if your insurance limits you to a certain number of sessions per year. Payment (if not using insurance), copays, and/or deductibles are due at the time of service. We accept payment in the form of cash, personal checks, health savings accounts (HSA), VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
Cancelation Policy & No-Show Fees
Please understand that we take great care to avoid being late for any patient. Consequently, if you arrive more than 15 minutes late for an appointment, we may not be able to see you on that day (although we will make every effort). You may cancel an appointment at any time by calling us at 513-204-5746.
In order to prevent a no-show fee, appointments must be canceled at least:

24 business hours in advance for therapy/counseling and medication management

48 business hours in advance for insurance-based testing

72 business hours in advance for self-pay testing
No-show fees are listed below:

Testing Appointment: $250 charge if a diagnostic interview has already been conducted.

Self-Pay Testing Appointment: $400 charge if evaluation is combined with a diagnostic interview.

Speech/Language Evaluation: $100 charge

Speech/Language Therapy: $30 charge

All other appointment no-shows will incur a charge of $50.
