The office is in downtown Milford. It is located above the Milford Mystery Library on the 2nd floor. Follow the stairs up to the front door. Parking is available in the gravel lot behind the building or on the street.

Mr. Noah Gilbert brings over six years of expertise as a dedicated school psychologist within the Loveland City School District, specializing in a comprehensive range of services including the development of Evaluation Team Reports, Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and the implementation of multi-tiered systems of support. Furthermore, Noah has extensive background in assessment, crisis prevention, and individual counseling. In his private practice, Noah focuses on anxiety and executive functioning coaching, leveraging his deep understanding of cognitive behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing to support his clients effectively. His specialization in educational disabilities assessment further enhances his ability to provide private comprehensive evaluations with tailored recommendations and intervention techniques that meet the unique learning needs of each student.


Noah holds a Master of Science and Educational Specialist Degree in School Psychology from Miami University, where his thesis explored mental illness stigma and teacher readiness in working with students with mental health difficulties. While at Miami, Noah was awarded The Douglas R. Miller Scholarship Award for distinguished academic achievement and his research work in the area of educational psychology.


Noah is licensed by both the Ohio Department of Education and the Ohio Board of Psychology, enabling him to practice in both public and private settings. Additionally, Noah holds the NCSP credential as a National Certified School Psychologist and is an active member of the Ohio School Psychologists Association (OSPA) and the National Association of School Psychologists (NASP). Outside of his professional pursuits, Noah lives in Loveland, OH, and he loves walking the Loveland bike trail with his wife (Katlyn), daughter (Logan), and dog (Daly). He also enjoys Peloton rides and cheering on the Reds and Bengals.
