Rich Gilman, Ph.D.

Rich Gilman, Ph.D., is a licensed psychologist with extensive experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families. His clinical work focuses on helping individuals better understand and address concerns related to anxiety, depression, stress, emotional regulation, life transitions, relationships, and other challenges that can interfere with everyday functioning and well-being.

Dr. Gilman takes a practical, collaborative, evidence-based approach to treatment, emphasizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other empirically supported practices. He works closely with clients to identify the factors contributing to their concerns, develop meaningful and achievable goals, and build skills that can create lasting improvements beyond the therapy setting.

In addition to his clinical practice, Dr. Gilman has an extensive background in psychological assessment, resilience and positive psychology, research, and developing evidence-based approaches to improving behavioral health and well-being. This combination of clinical and research experience allows him to bring both scientific rigor and a highly individualized perspective to his work.

Above all, Dr. Gilman believes effective psychological care should be accessible, understandable, goal-focused, and tailored to each individual and family.
